"Spend A Day With .NET" Coding Contest Submission Agreement

Before submitting your entry into the contest, you and a witness must sign this agreement and fax it to 503-296-2027.

Terms:

"Company" shall refer to Sells Brothers, Inc. as well as any officer, employee or contractor of Sells Brothers, Inc., 8539 SW 166th Terrace, Beaverton, Oregon, 97007, United States of America.
"Contest" shall refer to the "Spending A Day With .NET" Coding Contest as sponsored by the Company on August 30th, 2002.
"Code" shall refer to all code submitted as per the rules of the Contest.
"Judges" shall refer to the companies or individuals appointed by the Company for purposes of the Contest.
"Submitter" shall refer to the individual or business entity holding rights to the Code.
"Witness" shall refer to the individual that guarantees that the Code was written during the 24-hour period of August 30th, 2002, in Submitter's time zone.

Submitter guarantees that it holds all rights to the Code.
Submitter guarantees that the .NET portion of the Code was written during a 24-hour period of August 30th, 2002, in Submitter's local time zone.
Witness guarantees that the .NET portion of the Code was written during a 24-hour period of August 30th, 2002, in Submitter's local time zone.
Submitter guarantees that less than 50% of the compiled version of the Code is unmanaged.
Submitter guarantees that the Code will not cause harm when run with it's intended purpose.
Submitter grants the Judges the right to run the Code.
Submitter grants the Judges the right to examine the Code.
Submitter grants the Judges the right to capture screen shots of the Code.
Submitter grants the Company the right to publish screen shots of the Code in any medium, print or electronic.
Submitter will hold the Company and the Judges blameless against any legal action associated with the Code at any time in the future.
Submitter agrees that any legal action associated with the Contest or this agreement will be handled in the state of Oregon, USA.
